Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer two shipping options to ensure your premium accessories reach you safely:

  • Standard Shipping: 10-18 business days within South Africa
  • Express Shipping: 6-12 business days within South Africa

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping Offer: Enjoy free standard shipping when you purchase 3 or more items!

Shipping Insurance (Optional)

Protect your purchase with our optional shipping insurance available at checkout. Shipping insurance covers:

  • Lost packages in transit
  • Damaged items during shipping
  • Theft after delivery confirmation

We highly recommend adding shipping insurance for high-value orders or international shipments. Without insurance, Zee's Vibe Vault is not liable for lost or damaged parcels once handed to the courier.

Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

We ship to all provinces within South Africa. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and dispatched via our trusted courier partners.

International Shipping

We're delighted to ship our elegant accessories worldwide. International shipping times vary by destination (typically 15-30 business days). Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise stated in our promotions. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

  3. Choose shipping method
    • Select Standard (10-18 days) or Express (6-12 days)
  4. Add shipping insurance (optional)
    • Protect your order for peace of mind
  5. Complete payment
    • Review your order and finalize payment
  6. Confirmation
    • You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately

After You Order:

  1. Processing
    • We process orders within 1-2 business days
  2. Dispatch notification
    • You'll receive an email with your tracking number
  3. Track your package
    • Use the tracking link to monitor delivery progress
  4. Delivery
    • Sign for your package upon arrival (if required by courier)

If Your Package is Delayed:

  1. Check your tracking information for updates
  2. Allow full delivery timeframe before contacting us
  3. Contact us at designzeevibevault@yahoo.com if your order hasn't arrived within the stated timeframe
  4. Provide your order number and tracking details

If Your Package is Lost or Damaged:

  • With Insurance: Contact us immediately at designzeevibevault@yahoo.com with photos (if damaged) or tracking details (if lost). We'll file a claim and send a replacement or refund.
  • Without Insurance: We'll assist with courier investigations, but cannot guarantee replacement or refund for lost/damaged uninsured parcels.
