4. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at your earliest convenience with your order number.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may return the item(s) in accordance with our refund policy below.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

5. Refund Policy

Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Certain items such as intimate apparel, earrings, and personalized items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and customization reasons.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to arrange the exchange.
